The plain terms of working with the studio and using this site. No fine print, just how it works.
Invite Couture is a private design studio. We create one of a kind living web invitations, each designed once, for one celebration. These terms cover this website and the work we deliver.
Sending an enquiry does not place an order. We read every enquiry personally, reply with honest guidance, and quote each celebration individually, by scope. A quote becomes an agreement when payment is made.
Your invitation is confirmed with full payment, and design begins immediately after. You will receive a secure payment link once your quote is agreed. The amount on your quote is the full amount you pay.
Each invitation is drawn from a blank canvas for one celebration and cannot be resold, so payments are not refundable once design has begun. If we ever fail to deliver what was agreed, we will make it right or return your payment.
Refinement is part of the craft. Once you approve the design direction, we polish the details with you until they sit right. Requests that change the brief after approval, a new theme, a different direction, additional events, are quoted as new work.
The design we draw for you is yours for life. We never resell it, reuse it, or offer it to anyone else, and it never appears in any gallery or portfolio unless you give us permission.
The craft beneath it, our code, tooling and methods, remains ours, so we can keep building for future celebrations. Your invitation may not be copied or adapted for other events without us.
Names, dates, images and wording you share must be yours to share. You confirm that the people on your guest list are happy to receive a personal link from your family.
Your invitation stays online through your celebration. If you would like it retired afterwards, or kept as a keepsake, tell us and we will arrange it. We may retire links that are being misused.
Replies from your guests gather on a private dashboard for your family. Treat the dashboard password with care; anyone who has it can see the replies.
We design carefully and test on real phones before anything is sent. Still, no one can promise the internet: brief interruptions beyond our control can happen, and we fix problems quickly when they appear. To the fullest extent your local law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
