Invite Couture

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you always have.

Your information, plainly

The short version

We collect only what we need to design your invitation and gather your replies. We never sell it, we never use it for advertising, and this site runs no analytics trackers.

What we collect

When you enquire: your name, phone number, email, the occasion and its date, your city, your vision and your budget range.

When guests reply to an invitation: their name, how many are coming, and any reply details the family asked for.

And the basic technical records any website keeps, such as IP addresses in server logs, used only to keep the service safe.

How we use it

To answer you, design your invitation, deliver guest links, and show the replies on your private dashboard. New enquiries are forwarded to us privately, through Telegram's message service, so we can reply quickly. Nothing is used for marketing, and no one receives your details for their own purposes.

Cookies

The public pages set no cookies. Private dashboards keep one small value in your browser so the family stays signed in, and nothing more.

Who else is involved

Our pages are served through Cloudflare, which handles traffic the way it does for much of the web. Typefaces load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those files from Google. When a quote is agreed, payment happens on the secure page of the payment provider named on your link; we never see card numbers.

Guest privacy

Invitations live on unlisted personal links, search engines are told not to index them, and replies are visible only to the celebration's family and to us.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while we may still work together, and deleted on request. Invitations and their replies remain through the celebration and are retired when the family asks. Short term backups age out automatically.

Your choices

Ask us to show, correct or delete what we hold about you, at any time, through the enquiry form on the home page. We answer personally. If the privacy law where you live gives you further rights, we honor those as well.

Children

Our site and services are meant for adults planning celebrations, not for children.
